  • Finished Product Inspection: Sensors can be installed on the conveyor belt. Place finished products on the conveyor belt to prevent collisions between products.
  • A/C-Axis Servo Drive: Both ends of the robotic arm’s rotation mechanism can be driven by AC servo motors, supporting multiple angles and various movements; the A-axis allows free rotation within 180 degrees, and the C-axis allows free rotation within 360 degrees.
  • Mold Position Detection: After the mold opens to its end position, the center plate position is detected in real time to prevent the sprue arm from colliding with the center plate.
  • Automatic Timed Lubrication Function: Can be equipped with either a manual centralized lubrication system or an automatic timed lubrication system. For automatic lubrication, the system will automatically lubricate when the robot’s operating time reaches a preset value.
  • Quick End-Effector Replacement: Enables rapid disconnection of the end-effector from the robot. Operation is simple: replacement can be performed immediately with the push of a button, saving time during end-effector changes.
