The BeiKe series full-servo 5-axis injection molding robots are engineered for high-precision, multi-task handling in plastic injection molding automation. Suitable for horizontal injection molding machines ranging from 50 to 1,000 tons, the BeiKe series features 3-axis and 5-axis AC servo drives with single-section or telescopic vertical arm configurations. Designed for complex part removal and insert placement operations, these robots offer rapid response, ±0.05 mm positioning repeatability, high energy efficiency, and excellent cost-effectiveness. Equipped with dual end effectors, the BeiKe series can handle multiple tasks simultaneously, improving production flexibility. - Pneumatic Scissors: Pneumatic scissors can be installed for gate cutting.
- Finished Product Inspection: Sensors can be installed on the conveyor belt. Place finished products on the conveyor belt to prevent collisions between products.
- A/C-Axis Servo Drive: Both ends of the robotic arm’s rotation mechanism can be driven by AC servo motors, supporting multiple angles and various movements; the A-axis allows free rotation within 180 degrees, and the C-axis allows free rotation within 360 degrees.
- Mold Position Detection: After the mold opens to its end position, the center plate position is detected in real time to prevent the sprue arm from colliding with the center plate.
- Automatic Timed Lubrication Function: Can be equipped with either a manual centralized lubrication system or an automatic timed lubrication system. For automatic lubrication, the system will automatically lubricate when the robot’s operating time reaches a preset value.
- Quick End-Effector Replacement: Enables rapid disconnection of the end-effector from the robot. Operation is simple: replacement can be performed immediately with the push of a button, saving time during end-effector changes.
